Lakehall, an events space nestled in nature, approached me to produce photo and video content for their May 2023 opening.
the brief
Inspired by the concept of getting lost in the woods at night and finding refuge in Lakehall by dawn, I shot the space during early mornings, late afternoons, and at night.
the idea

I threw myself into the project, shooting every weekend and witnessing Lakehall evolve with each session. While I had a rough concept and shot list, a lot of the process was about trusting my instincts.
Besides playing with timelapses and filters to create ethereal visuals, , I drew inspiration from films like Atonement during post-production.
I created ten videos in total that were rolled out as teasers on social media and used for their website.
